Our clients span a wide array of industries and degrees for capitalization. Most clients share a compelling need for change such as; increased need for improved productivity due to rising labor costs, decreasing margins for manufactured goods, and a need for dramatic improvement in first quality through-put.
Our clients are broken down into three major capitalization categories.
Large Cap
These customers tend to adapt to change and alternative approaches much slower than the rest. Being predominately publicly held, they lack centralized risk management necessary to take full advantage of our turnkey solutions. These customers have generally been project type customers where Productiv provides services which augment existing staff and programs.
Mid Cap
These companies tend to be more willing to think outside the box due to many reasons particularly associated with company ownership, private versus public. Although public mid caps tend to behave much the same as large caps, mid cap privates have a distinct agility advantage, they have centralized risk control. Risk is consolidated to a limited number of shareholders where the line-of-sight to profit is more clear and direct. Mid cap clients are more likely to consider broader offerings and hence see a much higher return when compared to Large Cap firms.
Small/Micro Cap
These entrepreneurial firms tend to be the broadest and most accepting clients regarding our BPO turnkey solutions. Being predominately privately held, risk is consolidated. Being small allows for simplicity and elegance of solution unachievable in much larger publicly held companies. Lacking the corporate staff of larger cap firms, they are more likely to consider and implement our full service portfolio which delivers the maximum possible return to the owners.
