We employ best in class lean techniques to respond to the pull of rapidly changing market conditions. We track, monitor, measure and optimize processes in real-time to quickly identify operational bottlenecks and fine-tune "on the fly" for optimal results.

Productiv takes an active role in the planning and scheduling of work center demand. We integrate our scheduling with client scheduling to ensure continuous matching of resource supply and demand. Additionally, Productiv provides weekly metrics and periodic analysis on performance to aid our client with driving cost lower.
