Our Process

The Productiv engagement process follows the DMAIC methodology.

  • A relationship with Productiv begins with a short discovery meeting where our clients share specific areas of trouble with current operations.
  • Productiv prepares a discovery plan to investigate the specific areas of concern through the application of lean tools and traditional problem solving techniques.
  • Following a collaborative discovery effort with the client, a business case is prepared and presented which outlines the guaranteed return for the customer through a partnering agreement.
  • Once the business case has been approved, Productiv and the Client team develop an implementation plan in the form of a partnering agreement.
  • The partnering agreement is implemented through a management of change process focused on managing the risks of transition.
  • The joint Productiv/client management team perform periodic review of performance metrics and drive continuous improvement during the term of the agreement.
