DISCOVERY & CONSULTATION
We’ll sit down with you to understand your business, challenges and opportunities. We’ll offer battle-tested counsel in the form of strategic ideas and best practices – from initial concepts to delivery. Best of all, we’ll use our scale and experience to provide an immediate cost estimate for your project, typically finding opportunities for savings in areas like purchasing, workflow, packaging and shipping.
ONBOARDING WITH A DEDICATED PROGRAM MANAGER
We’ll assign you a seasoned Program Manager who will be your go-to contact from start to finish. Once set up in our system, you’ll have on-demand visibility to orders, inventory and shipped items. And we’ll review all of your specifications to ensure perfect execution the first time through.
ORDER MANAGEMENT
We’ll receive all items (helping out with sourcing if you need it), and inspect and count each piece to verify all items match what was ordered. Our Order Management System integrates with your preferred shopping card so we can track, inventory, access and assemble components very efficiently.
KITTING YOUR BOXES
Our lean-engineered workflows ensure all components – no matter how many items or versions – are kitted according to your spec and planned delivery date. You can be assured your brand is protected every step of the way with built-in quality checks and ongoing Productiv managerial oversight. Once the first boxes are assembled, we’ll send you photos for review and approval.
REPORTING AND ONGOING MANAGEMENT
As your boxes are kitted and shipped, we’ll send email confirmations to your customers. And, you’ll have visibility to your dashboard to view various types of information relative to your project such as when orders ship and when they actually reach the customer. We’ll also handle reverse logistics like returns, if needed.
