All marketing and promotional efforts are restricted to internal channels to educate and inform employees about ProShift’s features and benefits.

The primary objectives of marketing ProShift internally are to:

- Encourage active employee engagement with the app.
- Support HR in onboarding and training employees in using ProShift effectively.
- Marketing Channels
Internal promotion and communication about ProShift will occur through the following channels:

- Company Intranet or HR Portal: Documentation, FAQs, and guides on using ProShift.
- Training Sessions and Workshops: Organized by HR to provide hands-on assistance and answer questions.
- Internal Newsletters: Periodic features about ProShift, including employee testimonials or success stories.
- Prohibited Marketing Activities
Since ProShift is exclusively for internal use, it will not be marketed externally or made available to the public. Productiv Inc. will not use public advertising, social media, or other external marketing channels to promote ProShift.
