ProShift does not collect any new information beyond what Productiv Inc. already maintains for employment and scheduling purposes. The app allows employees to view and interact with existing data, such as: 

  • Scheduled shifts and work hours 
  • Availability and time-off requests 
  • Communication messages with HR

The information accessible through ProShift is used solely for managing daily scheduling and facilitating communication between employees and the HR team. Specifically, the app enables employees to: 

  • Accept or decline assigned shifts 
  • Review scheduled work hours and availability 
  • Update their availability and submit time-off requests 
  • Communicate with the HR team regarding work-related matters

Productiv Inc. does not share information collected through ProShift with third parties, except as necessary to meet legal requirements or comply with company policies. Data in ProShift is solely for internal company use and will only be accessible by authorized HR personnel.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect data accessed through ProShift against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. Access to the app and associated data is restricted to authorized employees of Productiv Inc., who are bound by confidentiality obligations.
