Productiv is a process engineering firm and production service combined into one solution. We operate fulfillment centers where we do kitting, packaging and contract manufacturing activities on behalf of our clients. We offer a brand of service we call “sprint capacity” whereby we engage in partnership arrangements to leverage existing idle floor space and equipment capacity to provide capacity constrained clients the support they need to service short lead time programs.

Although we serve a diverse group of customers, we specialize in lean processes with 6S controls for high quality and high throughput simultaneously. To provide a world class customer experience, we engineer specific processes typically under the Client’s QA program such as ISO and GMP. Our engineering team prepares quality process guidelines with single piece flow for each product line to ensure the process remains in control including live data reporting back to our engineering center for constant analysis.

We have significant experience in sensitive production and inspection activities for clients in the automotive, consumer products, food and pharmaceutical industries. Fixed Cost per Unit (CPU) Pricing

Productiv prices all of our projects using ‘cost per unit’ or CPU which allows our clients to lock in their production cost. Productiv’s management and workers share risk and are aligned through common goals, authority and processes, achieving maximum performance for our clients. Performance based paid, a CPU worker becomes a stakeholder through gain-sharing. Better compensation translates directly to results (Output), not time (Input).

We can turn projects with as little notice as 24 hours. For clients who are capacity constrained, they use Productiv as an extension of their production floor. To deliver Sprint Capacity, Productiv uses a combination of smart scheduling tools and a proprietary labor supply chain solution that notifies our team members of our ‘on demand’ opportunities.
